Information

Orbach offers an extensive range of mounted disc mowers, available in various cutting widths and configurations.

These mowers feature some of the best cutterbeds available on the market, manufactured by our European partner, Samasz, Poland. The rest of the components, like the frames are manufactured locally by Orbach Agri, so spares are generally readily available.

The DMH range of mounted mowers is available in cutting widths starting from 2.6m to 3,4m without conditioner as well as 2,4m and 2.6m unit with a segmented rubber conditioner. These mowers are very easy to maintain, and simple to operate.

The frames are built very strong and sturdy, and the safety curtains are 1mm thick PVC for your protection.

The lift models feature a breakaway device to protect the cutterbed when a large object gets hit, so the whole machine can fold backwards. The curtain frame is connected to the end of the cutterbed to provide support when lifted vertically.

Two versions of the cutterbeds are available:

1. Perfect Cut

This cutterbed is one of the strongest on the market, the preferred choice for many farmers and mowing contractors.

Main features:

Fully welded cutterbed.
Seperate line of big spur gears for main drive.
Skids covering complete cutterbed, nothing exposed.
Wearing plates clipping onto skids – not an expensive part to replace when worn.
Quick release knives changing mechanism.

2. SwiftCut

This is our most economical cutterbed and is ideal for farmers looking for a affordable yet reliable disc mower. The SwiftCUT cutterbar is the first choice of users working on smaller areas. It is a bolted design, which is used in SAMBA series of disc mowers. Despite its low weight construction, the customer receives a fully professional product with solutions known from larger cutterbars, such as quick-knife replacement system and safeGEAR, anti-stone protection. Power demand is as little as 45 kW, so small tractors can be used.
