Information
Orbach offers an extensive range of single rotor rotary rakes – carefully designed, manufactured, and intended for mid to small farm operations.
We offer two working widths, 3,5m and 4,7m, respectively. Both machines mount onto the three-point linkage of the tractor and is carried by its own tandem wheels in raking position.
One major difference between a rotary rake and most other raking practices is the delivery of a fluffy and perfectly uniform windrow. A more uniform windrow allows for better airflow through your windrow which equals shorter drying time. A fluffy windrow also allows for effective crop flow over the baler’s pickup and contributes to a heavier and more uniform bale shape.
Some of the key features of our SRR 351 and SRR470 rotary rakes include:
Clean fodder and turf protection
- tine-arm shape with its layout at the rotor has a great impact on windrow forming
- precise material pick-up thanks to the shape and profile of the tines
- tandem chassis ensures good ground following
- anti-loss tine protection
- additional height adjustment for soft or firm fields
- low-weight design – smaller pressure on the ground
Operator friendly use
- tine arm transport latch
- high level of ground following
- convenient transport thanks to foldaway guards
Servicing and spare parts
- reduced operating costs
- most of maintenance works can be done on operator’s own
