Hitched Rotary Rakes

Orbach offers an extensive range of single rotor rotary rakes – carefully designed, manufactured, and intended for mid to small farm operations.

We offer two working widths, 3,5m and 4,7m, respectively. Both machines mount onto the three-point linkage of the tractor and is carried by its own tandem wheels in raking position.

One major difference between a rotary rake and most other raking practices is the delivery of a fluffy and perfectly uniform windrow. A more uniform windrow allows for better airflow through your windrow which equals shorter drying time. A fluffy windrow also allows for effective crop flow over the baler’s pickup and contributes to a heavier and more uniform bale shape.

Some of the key features of our SRR 351 and SRR470 rotary rakes include:

Clean fodder and turf protection

  • tine-arm shape with its layout at the rotor has a great impact on windrow forming
  • precise material pick-up thanks to the shape and profile of the tines
  • tandem chassis ensures good ground following
  • anti-loss tine protection
  • additional height adjustment for soft or firm fields
  • low-weight design – smaller pressure on the ground

Operator friendly use

  • tine arm transport latch
  • high level of ground following
  • convenient transport thanks to foldaway guards

Servicing and spare parts

  • reduced operating costs
  • most of maintenance works can be done on operator’s own
