Our Z577 trailed bale wrappers are intended for users who require a dependable, durable yet affordable round bale wrapper.
Due to the self-load function, it eliminates the need for an additional tractor to load the bale onto the rotary table. This function enables the wrapper to load and wrap round bales on the go in the field or at a designated storing facility.
A standard bale tipper attachment ensures that wrapped round bales are stored on its flat side, ensuring maximum protection against possible punctures.
Side loading
The Z577 Self Loading Bale Wrapper is fitted with a side loading arm for fast and efficient work. This allows collecting and wrapping to take place while driving to the next bale or to the storage area. This solution is not only practical but also saves a lot of time. The loading arm comes with three adjustment ranges to adapt the operating parameters such as compaction and bale diameter.
Rotary table
The Bale Wrapper is equipped with four rotary rollers. The embossing on the wrapping reels increases their strength and prevents the bale from slipping.
Film roll storage bin
The versatile film feeder allows the use of 500 mm and 750 mm wide film. The aluminium, knurled rollers guarantee the correct pre-tensioning of the film.

Film cutter
The wrapper is equipped with a film cutting blade.
Bale tipper
Once the wrapping process is complete, the bale can be placed on the bottom with a reliable bale tipper, reducing the risk of film damage.
Electronic wrap counter
The L-02 counter is an electronic device that counts and informs the user about:
the number of rotations of the working table,
the end of the wrapping,
the number of bales wrapped,
the yield and working time statistics.
Hydraulically controlled
The Bale Wrapper is equipped with a hydraulic control system. The valve block with levers is located in the tractor cab.
